We want you to be satisfied with WAV Music Downloader. This policy explains how the free trial, cancellations, and refunds work. Payments are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com Market Limited (“Paddle”).
Every new subscription starts with a 2-day free trial and requires a payment method at sign-up. You are not charged during the trial; if you do not cancel before it ends, the plan you selected is charged automatically. Subscriptions started before this change keep their original trial length. You may cancel at any time before the trial ends to avoid being charged. If you do not cancel, the subscription automatically renews and your payment method is charged for the selected plan.
If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your first paid charge. We will refund that payment, no questions asked. Refunds are issued to the original payment method through Paddle.
Recurring renewal charges (after the first payment) are generally non-refundable. To avoid a renewal charge, cancel before your current period ends; you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. In cases of accidental renewal, contact us and we will review your request in good faith.
We aim to respond to refund requests within 2 business days.
Nothing in this policy limits any refund or withdrawal rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law. Because a free trial is provided before any charge, you can fully evaluate the Service at no cost.
